超时的问题,急!1111

我访问数据库时,老是出ora-04021:   time-out   occurred   while   waiting   to   lock   object   name   的错误,我看oracle帮助,解决方法是:   retry   the   operation   later.   ,我老出这个问题,他这个解决方案不是垃圾吗
